Ipswich Buses Ranked as 3rd Best Bus Operator

Ipswich Buses is delighted to announce its ranking as the third-best bus operator in the country for customer satisfaction following the publication of the latest independent Transport Focus ‘Your Bus Journey’ survey.

This recognition places the company among the very best in the industry and is a proud moment for everyone in the Ipswich Buses family.

Ipswich Buses achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 92%, placing the company third nationally and a full 9% above the national average of 83%.

The national survey, based on over 48,000 passenger journeys across Great Britain, asked passengers to rate their experience across a wide range of measures. Ipswich Buses not only stood out overall but also outperformed the national averages in individual categories:
